What to Expect for Your Visit

Masks Required for Entry

• Roosevelt Vision is a healthcare facility. All patients will be given a surgical mask to wear during their visit to the office unless they have a verified medical exemption.

• Our staff is following strict CDC and OSHA requirements for disinfection of rooms, handwashing, and use of protective equipment including masks, face shields, or goggles and gloves as appropriate.

New Patient Virtual Forms and Check-In

• New patients, prior to your visit please complete your registration forms found HERE to bring with you to your visit.

• Arrive to your appointment 10 minutes in advance to allow for parking.

Optical Frame Gallery

• To make sure our frames can be properly sanitized between patients, we have trays in our frame gallery for all touched frames that our staff will use to ensure all frames are cleaned before adding them back to our shelves. Our optical specialists will be available to give you personalized attention and help you choose the perfect frame and lenses!

• Eye examinations will be problem-focused based on your primary concern and classified as either medical (evaluation of a known or new medical eye condition) or routine vision (updated glasses and/or contact lens prescription with screening eye wellness evaluation).

• We will incorporate high-quality wide-field retinal Optomap imaging to assist us in viewing the retina and maintain physical distancing.
