Please call our office, ( and one of our patient services representatives will help determine the timeframe in which you need to be seen and schedule you accordingly.

​​​​​​​AFTER HOURS EYE CONCERNS:

If you have seen a doctor at Roosevelt Vision within the past three years and develop a serious eye concern that cannot wait until business hours, one of our doctors is typically available to provide phone support after hours. In these cases, you can call our office and follow the prompts to reach a consulting doctor.

The consulting doctor should return your call within 30-60 minutes and will be able to assess your concerns and provide suggestions to help guide your care to hold you over until the office re-opens and you can be seen.

If you do not receive a call back from the consulting doctor and continue to have an urgent eye concern, please seek care at your nearest emergency room.
