Seattle School District Vision Plan Changes

Are you aware that all school districts in Washington state are currently changing the vision insurance plan offered? It is open enrollment time and there are three options available to select from MetLife, Davis Vision, and EyeMed. The new plans will be effective January 1, 2020. Of the three options, MetLife is the only plan that Roosevelt Vision is in-network with for routine vision care.

If you select a plan that we are not in-network with, we offer a discount on routine eye exams, contact lens services, and glasses, for you and your family. We can provide you with an out-of-network claim form for services and materials that you may submit for reimbursement. We hope that we can continue to provide the quality eye care you have come to expect from Roosevelt Vision.
