The new offices are lovely. All the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The tech, the doctor, and the woman who helped me choose my frames were just great. Especially picking out frames, there were SO MANY to overwhelm, but she zeroed in very quickly on what I might like, and I had it narrowed down to 3-5 options in less than 20 minutes. Great job and can't wait to get my new prescription and adorable new specs!

I've never gotten my eyes checked and after a year of noticing my visions changing, I decided to get it checked. I spent a lot of time researching places to go and I'm so glad I found Roosevelt Vision. Making the appointment online was super easy and once I checked in, they started my exam right on time. They walked me through every test they were doing, explained the results to me, and advised me to hold off on one of my prescriptions until my recheck in 12 months. I appreciate them talking through all my options and explaining what is new to wearing glasses was going to be like.
They even helped me pick out my frames....which was the hardest decision I have ever made. The billing was super easy with my insurance, I used my HSA to pay the remainder on my glasses and walked out the door feeling relieved that I finally got my eyes checked after worrying for the past year.

Haven't had a better experience in 20 years of wearing glasses and contacts. Even before my eye exam, the text message appointment reminders were a nice touch. The staff is always very friendly, positive and easy to work with (especially Jenny!). They seem genuinely happy to be working there. I recently visited three times: a full eye exam, a contact lens fitting, and a contact fitting checkup/contact purchase. They took the time to listen to my whole story and choose the right contacts based on functionality--NOT trying to upsell me or rush through the appointment. I feel confident that I couldn't get better service anywhere else.

I've been going here for a few years now, (I don't remember how long). But every time I have come here, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff members are very smart and welcoming. Dr. Kennedy, (who does my eye exam every year) Is very warm-hearted and knowledgeable. know most people dread getting their eyes examined, but I actually look forward to it every year because I have a good relationship with Dr. Kennedy. She will always answer any questions or concerns I may have. That being said, I highly recommend Roosevelt Vision for your eye care needs.
